Surprise!!!

I was a little shocked myself when we found out we were going to add two more members to our family. After all I never wanted dogs.....Corey is way more of a dog person than I am. He grew up with a dog I didn't. We battled back and forth since we have been married. I would say no, maybe, yes, and then back to no again. Anyway, an opportunity came up to get two, yes two dogs. And low and behold we did it. I am surprised at myself for agreeing upon it. They really are very cute. They are chiuauas but I tend to think the boy is more than just a chiuaua. So does everyone else that sees him. He just has a slightly different look to him and he is bigger than his sister. Their names were Penny and Nacho...but....We changed one of the names. We kept Penny for the girl and Nacho was changed to Bolt. I wasn't sure that is the name I wanted but I lost that battle. I thought I would share a few pictures of them for those who have not seen them.

They are kennel trained so they sleep in there all night and take naps in it throughout the day. That was a PLUS for me. You'll have to come by and say hi to the new additions to our family.

Cinnamon Rolls

This is how much Clarissa loves my Cinnamon Rolls. She just had to dive right into it! :)

Better late than never

Just thought I better post a few more pictures of Corey's birthday now that I finally loaded them. My favorite part is the cake. Very delicious but very rich.

Happy Mother's Day

How exciting it was for my children to finally be able to celebrate Mother's Day. They couldn't wait to show me what they did for me at school. I heard the two older one's up and assumed they were getting breakfast this morning. Little did I know they were actually getting my breakfast ready. Just after 7:30 this morning this WONDERFUL meal was brought to me. I didn't want to make you all jealous but I couldn't resist posting it.

Hmmmm??? What can I say to this? Two pieces of...um...toast, Nine Ritz crackers (that was the number they decided on), string cheese, muddy buddies that I made a few days ago, and a big tall glass of ice water. I bet none of you got such a fabulous breakfast like myself. They were so proud. The funny thing is that they were going to just bring me a bowl of cereal but they were afraid of spilling it.

Anyway!

Corey ended up making me a breakfast that consisted of eggs, toast, hashbrowns, sausage, and chocolate milk. Two breakfast meals. How lucky am I? :)

Happy Mother's Day to all you wonderful women out there.
