How exciting it was for my children to finally be able to celebrate Mother's Day. They couldn't wait to show me what they did for me at school. I heard the two older one's up and assumed they were getting breakfast this morning. Little did I know they were actually getting my breakfast ready. Just after 7:30 this morning this WONDERFUL meal was brought to me. I didn't want to make you all jealous but I couldn't resist posting it.
Hmmmm??? What can I say to this? Two pieces of...um...toast, Nine Ritz crackers (that was the number they decided on), string cheese, muddy buddies that I made a few days ago, and a big tall glass of ice water. I bet none of you got such a fabulous breakfast like myself. They were so proud. The funny thing is that they were going to just bring me a bowl of cereal but they were afraid of spilling it.
Anyway!
Corey ended up making me a breakfast that consisted of eggs, toast, hashbrowns, sausage, and chocolate milk. Two breakfast meals. How lucky am I? :)
Happy Mother's Day to all you wonderful women out there.

Ha Ha! That's so sweet. So now I'm wondering if you actually ate all that stuff or just pretended. How cute of them to do it all by themselves :)
That is SOOOO adorable and funny! What sweet hearts! I can't wait for such a delicious breakfast like that some day! :)
That is like the CUTEST breakfast ever! What a great memory you will always have! Happy Mother's Day!
I cannot come to your page anymore when you post such yummy looking pictures. You don't understand, I gain weight just looking at pictures.
Cute. So did you eat all 9 crackers?
I think I ate a cracker or two, took a bite of the toast, and drank a bit of water. Little Coo Coo was there to eat the string cheese and some crackers. This was her kind of meal. I had to eat a little bit so their hearts wouldn't be broken. I can't wait until they are old enough to see the humor in this. One day they will have to appreciate their kids bringing this meal to them. :)
That is so sweet that your kids thought to do that. 10 pts for effort.
Too funny! I love that they brought you all that fun food...sounds delicious!
Beautiful Breakfast!! But that's what makes being a Mom so great!
I love your children. They are so dear...I remember when I spoke to them about Corey losing his job. Sammy and Braxton said "he can just work at McDonald's and Chick-fil-A." So cute and so innocent.
Aw... those are the moments you will treasure forever. I think that is a breakfast fit for a queen, and how precious that they worried about spilling milk. LOL.
Thats hilarious! I think my favorite was the muddy buddies. I love those things. Why not start your day eating something you love?
oh my gosh, that is too cute!
What thoughtful children, they are keepers! And that husband is too! Don't you love Mother's Day? Mike does everything all day long and he doesn't have meetings, yeah!!
Braxton was telling us about this in class. Excitement does come close to covering how he great he felt to do this for you. Happy Mother's day!
