Christmas Eve Day Mischief

While trying to bake Christmas Eve morning my messy little baby decided she would just get into everything. How can you get mad at a face like this?

I don't know how she got the sprinkles opened but it definitely isn't child proof.

Here she is stealing a cookie.

Of course this is my little sweetie later in the day after getting in all that trouble. Doesn't she clean up well?

Christmas Eve Party

We held our annual Christmas Eve party at my Aunt and Uncle's house. It usually is held at my Grandpa's house but probably due to the large attendance it was moved this year. We had a wonderful time. We ate some delicious soups, rolls, and goodies. We had a sing-a-long. All the younger kids sing us their songs they learned from school. Every once in a while there may be a small surprise performance. Then at the end the Christmas story is read so we are all reminded about why we celebrate this wonderful holiday.

Winder Dairy, Winder Farms

It's all the same to me....

We had our annual trip to Winder whatever this year. This time we were able to introduce this tradition to our wonderful friends.

I was told that I couldn't post the picture below. I figured if I shrunk it really small that she would never know! =)

This is what happens when you won't let me take pictures!

The Funnies

Our kids are full of funny comments all the time. I guess I should share them more often. I have to tell you what I overheard between Braxton and Sammy while walking the aisles at Maceys food store.

Braxton: When Jesus comes all the animals will be nice.

Sammy: (She is mostly listening. I couldn't quite get what she said here.)

Braxton: The animals will all be nice. The sharks will be nice. This means we can play with sharks.

Sammy: (Saying something to Braxton. I think she was trying to name off other animals).

Braxton: Even spiders will be nice.

Sammy: Yuck not spiders. I don't like them.

More Holiday Fun

We had fun trying to decorate a Gingerbread House together. The kids enjoyed helping put it together.
We took a family photo multiple times trying to get the best picture of the kids. The funny thing is that after the first family picture I posted we actually took another picture and the Gingerbread House started falling apart during that picture. No worries now, I was able to get it to stick back together.

Below is when the house started falling apart.

Catching up

I haven't been in the blogging mood lately but I thought I better catch up. I have pictures of putting up the Christmas tree and some of Thanksgiving.

Clarissa thought it was so fun putting up the tree. She had to help just as much as everyone else did. It was great. She was so excited.

They thought it was fun hiding in and around the Christmas tree.

THANKSGIVING

The kids were all smiles getting ready for the big feast.
