Eat cake and relax

Not much going on this past week. The rain has kept us inside most of the week. Every chance we got we tried to go outside. One of the times we were playing outside the little ones played in the little pool....minus the water. It was just too cold. Tayden said to me, "Look mom, I am relaxing." Clarissa followed right along in doing the same thing. They both wanted to look cool.

We had another birthday. It was for my cute little niece that turned three. She is our little miracle that was born three months early and has turned into an adorable firecracker full of energy. We love her. Anyway, her mother is on bed rest having problems with her pregnancy again so I offered to make the cake. She saw Clarissa's cakes and both her and her sister decided she needed a Minnie cake too. It was fun to do for her. I even sent her three pictures to choose from and this was the one she chose.

Just us Girls

I decided I wanted to take some pictures of the girls after Church today. I just thought they both looked so cute. Well, Corey came and ripped the camera out of my hand and I got stuck in the picture as well. At least I can throw the girls in front of me. Samantha was striking a pose and Clarissa was working hard at doing the same thing. I am so lucky.

I grow I grow it's off to Garden I grow.....

It's that time of year again where I sit and cross my fingers hoping my garden will turn out with sweet rewards. As you can see in the pictures below everything is looking nice and green. We tried things this year that we haven't done before. So some of it is new to me. My peas look like that I may be able to pick some by the end of next week. I can't wait. We planted peas, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, onions, potatoes, watermelon, zucchini, pumpkin, cucumbers, and raspberry bushes. We will also be planting corn if the rain would stop. Phew, we put a lot in there this year. That is crazy. I am not sure it will all turn out but hopefully we will be rewarded.

Happy Birthday My Sweet Clarissa!!!

My sweet baby is officially two. I just received some pictures in the mail yesterday and was flippin' through them. I saw my baby as a baby and remembered how sweet and good she was. She is now TWO! She still is sweet but not quite as good as she used to be. The tantrums are pretty good and have been for quite a while. But look at that smile...You can't help but love her. She is growing up and I no longer have a baby. I love you my sweet little one. Happy Birthday!

Clarissa's Birthday Part 1

We celebrated Clarissa's Birthday with my side of the family today. We ate dinner at my parents house and of course I brought the cake. She has really been into Mickey Mouse Clubhouse so I did Minnie Mouse today and will be working on Mickey for tomorrow....I think. Anyway, she really knows what birthdays are about. After we sang to her she knew she was supposed to blow the candles out right away. It was extremely cute. I can't believe she is two. The time has flown by really fast. We will be celebrating with Corey's family tomorrow, June 8th, which is really her birthday. So, there will be more pictures to come.

Pool Time

We have had some beautiful weather as of lately and we were able to pull out the little kiddie pool and let the little ones splash around in it. I didn't get any pictures of Tayden because he gave up way to early. Although, Clarissa was very willing to smile and pose for the Camera.
