I was a little shocked myself when we found out we were going to add two more members to our family. After all I never wanted dogs.....Corey is way more of a dog person than I am. He grew up with a dog I didn't. We battled back and forth since we have been married. I would say no, maybe, yes, and then back to no again. Anyway, an opportunity came up to get two, yes two dogs. And low and behold we did it. I am surprised at myself for agreeing upon it. They really are very cute. They are chiuauas but I tend to think the boy is more than just a chiuaua. So does everyone else that sees him. He just has a slightly different look to him and he is bigger than his sister. Their names were Penny and Nacho...but....We changed one of the names. We kept Penny for the girl and Nacho was changed to Bolt. I wasn't sure that is the name I wanted but I lost that battle. I thought I would share a few pictures of them for those who have not seen them.
They are kennel trained so they sleep in there all night and take naps in it throughout the day. That was a PLUS for me. You'll have to come by and say hi to the new additions to our family.

I'm not a dog person either, but they really are cute! You'll have to let me know how it goes. I think you're smart to get some that are already trained.
Oh my heck! I can't believe you got a dog but 2? That's crazy! How fun! I am scared of dogs even when I had my own dog for 1 month. I want to come visit really this time...How is next week sometime??

I seriously thought you were going to announce you were pregnant with twins! LOL. Once you go dog, you'll never go back! (at least your kids wouldn't let you.) They are real cute.

small dogs are the way to go. I think Bolt/nacho is so cute.
The kids get after us once in a while to get a dog...but then I watched Marley & Me and that was the end of that! I'm sure yours will be great through!
